Loved the quick check-in & updated room later by Mr Suresh, owner of this practical hotel & Ms Ramana at the front desk & she did go out of her ways to arrange my specially requested, food items, ice cubes & others. Located in a quiet area, the hotel was indeed a very happy choice to stay. As a survivor HCC, I've got almost all my extra care requirements & requests that have been happily met by the hotel staff... Vignesh made sure that my room was cleaned every day, but I wish they did something about the small, small rain bugs coming inside the room. Car parking was a bit tricky, but we didn't have any issues as the car was parked in the same spot during the entire stay. Dhanyashree was always ready to help me in any way possible. Surya, Pandian & others made my stay comfortable by always helping. I'm sure to come back to this property for being pampered, better than before.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself was stunning, with immaculate attention to detail in every aspect. Our room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and offered all the amenities we could hope for. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city while providing a peaceful retreat when we needed it. Cleanliness of room, bathroom n all around. The receptionist was soooo helpful to get us dinner at the night we reached Viswa Residency as there were no restaurants around. The complimentary breakfast was superb. Also, as we had a long drive back home, I asked him whether it was possible to pack some idlis n vada for our lunch n he gladly arranged. We had a good lunch enroute with lots of sambar n chutney 🤤 If I ever go to Madurai again, will stay here, no doubt. Greetings 👍👍

The staffs in reception, especially Mr. Satheesh Kumar and Mr. Nethaji, they extended support with their whole heart for guidance in parking our car within the building, room service ......and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Rooms are compact and comfortable.

The staff, particularly the reception was outstanding. I will particularly mention Satish,Ms Ramana and their Boss(sorry, they were calling Boss, so did I. Liked the common area for 3 or 2 rooms as well. Nobody else of our group was using it,so we used this area extensively. When everyone will come, there is good chance of mixing amongst the residents.
